Shipping policy

FREE shipping for most orders over $150 

$15 flat rate shipping for most items... little items may be shipped at a lower cost (this will show up at checkout)

Bulky items freight charges vary a bit and we'll try to show the details you need at checkout, and if you have any questions please don't hesitate to give us a ring. 

We're currently shipping on Wednesdays and Fridays - we're a small team but will try our best :) and please feel absolutely free to get in touch if you need something fast and we'll try and sort it out. 

Roof Top Tents: please note that rates shown at checkout for these large items provide for delivery to a transport depot (usually Northline) in your nearest major metropolitan area.

This is the most cost effective way to get these larger parcels to you, but we know it's a big country and sometimes those depots are a 15 hour drive away :)

So please contact us for rates to your home or to other places more off the beaten track. 

If you're in a major city then freight can be switched to a tailgate loader and delivered to a residential address for an extra $140

Please note that delays are currently being experienced with freight companies across the board! We know this can be frustrating. We'll stay on top of it and provide tracking so we can see where things are. We're ready to follow up if there is an issue :)
